Announcements 1/27/19

1)  The Chili Supper is Monday from 5-7 pm.  I will have a sign up sheet for students to work 2 different shifts, one from 4:30 - 6:00, and one from 6:00 to 7:30.  I will need around 10 students at each shift.  Remember to have the following donations in by Monday morning because we start cooking at 1:30:

Trumpets - gallon of kidney beans and a bag of shredded cheese  

Flutes, Baritones, Tubas - A gallon of diced tomatoes and a bag of fritos

Percussion - a gallon of Chili beans and a bag of shredded cheese

Guard - a bag of frozen peppers or a bag of frozen onions, and a bag of corn chips (fritos)

Clarinets, Alto Saxes, Tenor Saxes, French Horns, Trombones - 2 pounds of ground beef. 

2)  We are taking our Marching Band Yearbook pictures Monday during class and right after school.  The individual pictures will happen during class and after school immediately following the group picture.  The Group picture will happen right after school so that everyone who is not in class can join us.  

3)  If you signed up to work the Concessions stand at the Basketball game that has been changed to Monday night, please be there by 5 pm.

4)  Jazz Band will meet on Tuesday from 3:30 to 4:30.

5)  Students attending Memphis Honor Band this week:  Bring your luggage to the Band Room Thursday morning where it will be locked up in the band office.  We will be leaving at 1 pm from the school.
