Couple of Announcements

1)  We need one more run of waters for the band to finish the season.  We are down to about two cases and even though it is not as hot anymore we still like to have water at performances to keep the students hydrated.  Thank you to everyone who has donated water throughout the year! It has been invaluable to keeping the students cool during the long hot Fall.

2)  If your family and friends are unable to attend the Bandmasters competition at the Liberty Bowl on Saturday, remember that the entire event will be live-streamed on BandDirector.com.

Announcements 10/14/18

1)  Thank you!!!!!! To everyone who worked at the 2018 Hornet Invitational.  It was a huge success and it is because of the hard work of the students and parents.  Everyone represented the school and band well and I got nothing but compliments from the directors and judges about the hospitality they received.  The entire event ran like a well oiled machine and I am so lucky to have such a great group of parents and students.

2) If there are any parents who could come by the school this week during class (1:30 to 3:00), I would like to get students measured for uniforms this week.  Also, I would like the concessions drinks to get inventoried by Tuesday so that we can have an accurate count on how many drinks we used Saturday.  That is something we can do after school as well.

3)  Report time for the home game this Friday's home game is 6 pm.  If you didn't take your uniform home Saturday, take them home this week and wash them before Friday especially since they got wet Saturday.

4)  Report time for Saturday is 10 am on the practice field.  We will feed you lunch before we leave.  A full itinerary will be posted Monday.
