Announcements 9/15/19

1)  Hornet Invitational week!  I am excited about Saturday as we host 15 bands from across West Tennessee and one band from Arkansas.  Some parents are going to work Friday night at the Stadium while we are at the Away game.  If you would like to help out with that, let me know.  Otherwise, report time is 11 am on Saturday.  Everyone will go ahead and meet in the cafeteria for instructions.

2)  Please bring your donations in this week to help us make this a top notch fundraiser:  

1. Woodwinds – Pepsi – 12 oz. cans
2. Brass – Water – 16.9 oz. bottles
3. Percussion – Mountain Dew – 12 oz. cans
4. Guard – Gatorade – 12 oz. bottles

5. Rifles - Diet Pepsi - 12 oz. cans

3)  Tuesday's rehearsal this week is from 6 to 8 pm, not 3:30 to 5:30.  Thursday's rehearsal is normal from 3:30 to 5:30.

4)  Friday is an away game at McNairy.  Report time is going to be 5:15 with a departure time of 5:45.  Band T-shirts and Khaki bottoms.

5)  We will perform at our competition at 7:45 on Saturday night.  This will also be the first time we wear uniforms this year!  If you haven't paid for the shoes you ordered, get that $35 in this week.  And if you need gloves, bring $2 for that also.
