Announcements 6/28/15

1)  No rehearsal this Wednesday  Enjoy your Independence Day weekend!

2)  Leadership Team will meet at 9 am Monday, June 29 in the Band Room.

3)  For the parents interested in helping build the Rube Goldberg machine props, we will be meeting next Monday, July 6 at 6:00 at the Band Room to build two of the props.  

4)  The next booster meeting will be next Tuesday, July 7 at 6:30 pm.

Announcements 6/14/15

1)  The Third Rehearsal is this Wednesday.  Bring your running shoes.  Make sure you eat something before you come so that you do not pass out from the heat!  Also, be prepared to stay outside for about an hour as we will begin marching fundamentals.  We have had a great couple of productive rehearsals so far.  Let's keep it up!

2)  I hope everyone is enjoying their summer.  Make sure you make an attempt to spend time outside.  Walking/running/doing something even slightly strenuous is encouraged so that you are accustomed to the heat by the time Band Camp starts.  Also, go ahead and start saving up for sunscreen, water, and Gatorade for not only Band Camp, but the first few weeks of school.

Announcements 6/7/15

1) 2nd Rehearsal this Wednesday.  Woodwinds and Brass from 8-11 am, Percussion and Guard from 1-4 pm.  Bring your running shoes this week.

2)  If any parents are interested in designing/building the Rube Goldberg machine, we are having a meeting this Thursday at 6:30 pm at the Band Room.

3)  Reminder:  I need a final list of DCI attendees soon.
